Remittance Forms
CLR has launched two new web database applications- one for hourly receivables (replacing the paper remittance form) - the other for CEFAP data (replacing the necessity to email or mail data). Remittance Forms are now accessed via our web-based application at remittance.clra.org where you will enter your incurred hours for the month. The web-based application will automatically populate and calculate amounts owing under the Alberta Unionized Construction Agreements. The application also facilitates electronic submission of your remittance information, allows you to print or download a PDF form for your payables department or files & provides an electronic archive of past remittances that you can access at any time. To register please proceed to the link above, click on Register and complete the form. Once your company and contact information is verified with the correct forms you will be notified that you can then access the site. The CEFAP web application (located at www.cefap.org) facilitates the ability to securely sign-in using the same technology as all major banks to upload your monthly data table. All you need is an internet connection. Once your monthly data is formatted (as specified in the updated Data Export Guide located on the Help menu) you will simply and securely import it to the CEFAP web application.
