Starting this winter, we will be offering stand-alone modules that can be taken during the day in both Edmonton and Fort McMurray. This will offer participants more flexibility in order to help complete all the learning. Module I is a foundation program and introduction to the course so it must be taken first. We will be offering it in a two-day format on workday/weekend or evening combinations. We also offer the option of taking the entire course in full-day classes held on Fridays and Saturdays over a 6-week period. We will continue to offer the usual 18-evening program on a regular basis. If your work schedule is such that you cannot commit to being at one location for 18 weeks, you can choose to register in the stand-alone module day programs that we offer. If you are transferred prior to completing your 18-evening program you now have the option of completing the remaining module(s) during the day.
We are also offering a new “Leaders Building Leaders” program which is replacing the LeaderShip Links program. This program is designed to provide project superintendents and general foremen with coaching and mentoring skills to help with the effective training and development of foremen. It is a 3-day program that spends the first two days providing participants with coaching and mentoring skills and in the third day participants have the opportunity to put their new skills into action and problem solve practical application issues.
Please contact Karen at 702-5835 or toll free at 1-800-450-7204 to arrange any programs by special request. We can adjust our schedule according to the needs of your particular job site. Apply by completing the attached registration form.
