The Supervisor’s Workshop will provide an overview of the COAA’s Alcohol and Drug Guidelines Work Rule along with the decision- making guidelines helpful in dealing with an employee whose safe work performance may be affected by alcohol or drug abuse.

The “Train The Trainer” Workshop will train participants to deliver the Supervisor’s Workshop
